 Go Back  California Department of Education Non-CalWORKs child care. Reduce eligibility ceiling from 75 percent to 60 percent of state median income for $115 million savings. Capture $60 million for state savings, redirect $55 million to expand child care access for lowest income families. Results in net loss of about 8,000 slots. 2-19-10
