Options for Reducing State and Local Administrative Costs: A Review of Five Proposals Submitted by the County Supervisors' Association of California

January 1, 1984 - Senate Bill 1477 (Ch 1638/82) directs the Legislative Analyst, in conjunction with county officials, to evaluate certain recommendations for reducing the costs of administering programs for which the state and counties share responsibility. Specifically, the Legislative Analyst is directed to examine proposals submitted by the County Supervisors' Association of California (CSAC), and report his findings to the Legislature by January 1, 1984.
