State enforcement of the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Among other things, this measure directs the state to seek judicial relief whenever a President attempts (or is suspected of attempting) to violate the 22nd Amendment, requires the Attorney General to criminally prosecute any President found by a court to have violated the 22nd Amendment, and requires protection for certain people who refuse unconstitutional orders (Amendment #1).
