Except Mayer Hall and York Hall, all previous phases were supported with nonstate funds. For Mayer Hall and York Hall, the working drawings phase ($4.5 million) would be supported by the proposed $80 million for various planning activities. Campus funds supported the campus's preliminary plans.
On the university bonds supporting the projects, the annual debt service is estimated to be $44 million.
D = design. P = preliminary plans. W = working drawings. C = construction. E = equipment.
