b License-exempt rates were 60 percent of the family child care home (FCCH) rates for the first three months of 2015-16. The state increased the license-exempt rates to 65 percent of the FCCH rates beginning October 1, 2015 and to 70 percent of the FCCH rates beginning January 1, 2016. |
