| Finding or Recommendation: | Adopt the Governor’s proposal to eliminate the ADHC benefit due to the state's continuing poor fiscal situation and the need for immediate savings. We further recommend that the Legislature direct the administration to develop a savings estimate that incorporates DHCS’ administrative savings and fully identifies the cost shifts that would result from the elimination of ADHC. |
