| Finding or Recommendation: | Recommend Office of State Audits and Evaluations (OSAE) conduct an audit of the state hospitals to ensure the problems outlined by OSAE in 2008-09 and by the department's self audit in 2010-11 are addressed. We recommend the audit include a detailed look at vacancies, personnel, and patient aggression. This audit should begin in January of 2013. |
