| Finding or Recommendation: | Provides an overview of the measures taken by the Legislature between 2009-10 and 2011-12 to achieve General Fund savings in the Department of Developmental Services programs. Savings were achieved through a variety of measures, including increased federal financial participation, use of First Five Commission funds, and a reduction in Developmental Center and Regional Center budgets. |
