| Finding or Recommendation: | Approve Governor's January proposal to decrease the California Gambling Control Commission budget by $5.4 million from two special funds to reflect the transfer of gambling oversight responsiblity to the Department of Justice Bureau of Gambling Control. The proposal is consistent with and necessary to implement the reorganization plan enacted in 2012-13. |
