Under the measure, a city or county could ban or limit the number of psilocybin mushroom businesses within its boundaries if approved by the voters within that jurisdiction at a st atewide election held in November.

Initiative to Ban Unsolicited Telemarketing Calls and Junk Email

These individuals could specify whether they wish to receive calls only f rom charitable organizations or from all businesses. The measure allows an individual to sue for civil damages if he or she receives unsolicited telemarketing calls or E-mail advertisements.
