Dec 7, 2015 - For example, marijuana cultivators with annual net sales of $500,000 or more would be required to pay a $10,000 flat fee and an additional $150 per 100 square feet of marijuana cultivated. Under the measure, until regulations are implemented by the commission, existing medical marijuana dispensaries that are at least 600 feet from K-12 schools (current state requirement) would be exempt from any enforcement actions with respect to local zoning ordinances.
