Nov 29, 2021 - The measure establishes an annual property tax surcharge on most properties with a taxable value over $4 million. Properties with a taxable value over $5 million would be assessed a 1 percent surcharge, while the surcharge would be adjusted downward for properties with a taxable value between $4 million and $5 million.

Nov 8, 2022 - The proposition would increase state funding for ZEVs by $2.8  billion to $4  billion annually. The state typically spends hundreds of millions of dollars annually on ZEV programs and also recently committed to spending about $10  billion over a five-year period on these programs.
