Nov 5, 2024 - Proposition 5 lowers the voting requirement needed to approve local general obligation bonds if they would fund housing assistance or public infrastructure. Specifically, Proposition 5 lowers the voter approval requirement from two-thirds to 55  percent.

Research and development involving certain psychedelic substances (Amendment #1). [Ballot]

Sep 7, 2023 - Beginning in year 16, 5  percent of royalty revenues are to be deposited into the General Fund for the broad benefit of the state. The share given to the state is to increase by 5  percentage points a year for each of the next four years —reaching 25  percent of royalty revenues by year 20.

Water supply. [Ballot]

Oct 15, 2021 - The CWC would select which projects would be funded, allocate funding to grantees, and determine when the 5  million acre-feet objective has been achieved. Increases to the statewide water supply from projects funded by sources other than the new General Fund set-aside —such as through local funds —would also count towards achieving the 5  million acre-feet objective if they receive certification from CWC.
