App-based rideshare and delivery drivers. [Ballot]

Dec 18, 2019 - The measure would require that companies buy insurance to cover driver medical expenses and provide disability pay when a driver is injured while driving. Rest Policy. The measure would prohibit drivers from working more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period for a single rideshare or delivery company.
