The 2020-21 Spending Plan: Resources and Environmental Protection

Oct 5, 2020 - A loan from the USTC Fund will provide $50.6  million in funds for the following: (1)  $19.5  million to backfill a structural deficit in the HWCA, (2)  $11.8  million for the Stringfellow Superfund site, (3) $9.5  million for baseline expenditures normally paid for from the General Fund, (4) $7.7  million to backfill a structural shortfall in the TSCA, and (5) $2.1  million for the second phase of the Argonaut Dam remediation project.
