Dec 17, 2025 - Pursuant to its regulations, CPUC receives annual reports from rideshare companies with self-reported information on assault and harassment incidents, as well as other key data. One way i s to seek actual damages for violations, but one must prove the existence of the damage and the amount of the damage in court.
