The 2020-21 Budget: Early Education Analysis

Feb 21, 2020 - In 2018 ‑19, for example, 35  p ercent of LEAs who applied for slots were denied their request during CDE ’s application review. The bulk of the rejected requests ( 80  p ercent of those denied) were from existing providers.
