On April 8, 2020, the federal government approved California ’s request to provide online food purchasing to SNAP beneficiaries. California is currently working with the federal government to expand the list of authorized online retailers (which currently include Amazon and Walmart).

These laws require the Attorney General to establish a list of unflavored tobacco products to simplify enforcement of the flavor ban.
