Mar 28, 2018 - ACP is a non-native insect pest that serves as the vector for HLB. When the ACP feeds, it injects a toxin that causes citrus tree leaves to twist and die. More importantly, ACP is the vector of the bacterium that causes HLB, an incurable disease that eventually causes trees to die.
