Jul 6, 2017 - Perhaps more significantly, for 2024 and beyond, a reduced emphasis by bid cities on costly, difficult infrastructure projects would allow their organizers to spend more time making the Olympics and Paralympics fun, cool, and successful events for both participants and spectators.
