Oct 2, 2024 - Overall, both total fund and General Fund net increases are primarily due to (1) the full-year impact of federal SSI grant increases (3.2 percent) and state SSP grant increases (9.2 percent) implemented on J anuary 1, 2024, and (2) the half-year impact of the federal SSI grant cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) set at 3 percent, effective January 1, 2025 (partially offset by a declining overall caseload).
