Oct 23, 2015 - The statute of limitations for claims related to alleged sex crimes against min ors is generally the plaintiff ’s 26th birthday. However, plaintiffs can also file a claim three years from the date they discover, or reasonably should have discovered, that the psychological injury or illness they have suffered as adults is caused by sex crimes allegedly committed against them as minors.
