Funding for students who attend private schools or are educated at home. [Ballot]

Oct 7, 2025 - The measure requires participating private schools to meet three basic requirements: (1)  administer a nationally recognized test of student performance or measure student learning using a competency-based assessment every two years; (2)  undergo an annual financial audit and submit the results to the state; and (3)  periodically certify student attendance and eligible costs.
