Online sports wagering. [Ballot]

Oct 20, 2021 - Under this measure, all of these revenues would be deposited into a new special fund, the California Online Sports Betting Trust Fund (COSBTF). After deducting state regulatory co sts, the measure requires 85  percent of revenues be allocated by the Legislature through the annual state budget process for the purpose of delivering permanent and interim housing.
