Online sports wagering. [Ballot]

Oct 20, 2021 - This tax is applied to the amount a person bets. Additionally, the measure authorizes DOSBC to take va rious enforcement actions, including requiring people making such bets to register with DOSBC, requiring entities illegally offering online sports wagering to disclose the names of people who make wagers with them, and blocking access to illegal sites accepting sports wagers.

Sep 4, 2019 - Second, an individual can pay a nonrefundable fee —typically, no more than 10 percent of the total bail required —to a willing bail agent licensed by the state for a bail bond. The bond is an insurance product in which the bail agent, backed by a state-licensed insurance company, agrees to pay the full bail amount if the individual does not appear at a required court proceeding.

Feb 11, 2016 - First, it would reduce state prison and parole costs as youths affected by the measure would no longer spend any time in prison or be supervised by state parole agents following their release. In addition, because juvenile delinquency court proceedings are generally shorter than adult criminal court proceedings, the measure would reduce state court costs.
