Jul 16, 2015 - Proposal Annual $1 Increases Through 2021. The measure would increase California ’s statewide minimum wage from $10 per hour to $11 per hour on January 1, 2017. It would continue to raise the state ’s minimum wage by $1 per hour each January until the state ’s minimum wage becomes $15 per hour in January 2021.
