The 2026-27 Budget: In-Home Supportive Services

Mar 18, 2026 - Introduction For the In ‑Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program, the Governor ’s 2026 ‑27 budget proposes approximately $12.5  billion General Fund, an increase of $1.1  billion (9.7  percent) from the Governor ’s revised 2025 ‑26 budget estimate.
