The 2026-27 Budget: California Community Colleges

Mar 5, 2026 - In 2025 ‑26, the state is providing a total of $3.8  billion ongoing Proposition  98 General Fund for nearly 50 CCC categorical programs. The largest of these programs provide funding for certain types of instruction (such as adult education or career technical education), student support, and financial aid.
