The 2026-27 Budget: Community College Facilities

Mar 17, 2026 - Projects Are Ranked Within Modernization and Growth Categories. The Chancellor ’s Office uses certain scoring metrics to rank projects within these two categories. As Figure  1 shows, modernization projects receive points based on the age and condition of the facility.
