Feb 26, 2026 - Over the past decade, UC spending on faculty salaries increased by an annual average of 4.4  percent, while spending on nonrepresented staff salaries increased 5.6  percent. As a group, represented employees (including various other staff positions and union ‑represented academic employees) saw their salaries increase by 6.7  percent each year over the last ten years.
