The 2026-27 Budget: Framework for Approaching the Natural Resources, Environmental Protection, and Agriculture Budget

Feb 10, 2026 - Parks: Library Pass Program. The budget proposes $6.8  million General Fund on an ongoing basis for the Library Pass Program, which distributes 33,000 park passes to more than 1,100 library branches statewide.
