The 2026-27 Budget: Proposition 4 Spending Plan

Feb 10, 2026 - As shown in Figure  1 , the Governor proposes appropriating $2.1  billion (about 21  percent of the total authorized by Proposition  4) in 2026 ‑27, including $792  million for water ‑related programs and $326  million for clean energy programs.
