The 2026-27 Budget: Governor’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel Tax Credit Proposal

Feb 24, 2026 - Annual reduction of $46  million to TCEP. The program is supported by state and federal funds and receives around $540   million annually —meaning this proposal would result in a reduction of about 9   percent each year.
