Mar 19, 2026 - As noted earlier, LCI ’s transition to the civil service model has resulted in additional administrative workload to comply with state law, including related to EEO and collective bargaining. Through its approval of budget requests in 2023-24, the Legislature essentially signed off on this change in approach.
