Feb 28, 2025 - CSAC also administers a few smaller financial aid programs, including the California Dream Act Service Incentive Grant and Cal ‑HBCU Transfer Grant. Beyond these programs, the state approved one ‑time funding in 2021 ‑22 for a five ‑year Golden State Teacher Grant initiative.
