Sep 22, 2026 - The budget reappropriates up to $423.4  million of Proposition  1A bond for Los Angeles Metro ’s Link Union Station project in the City of Los Angeles. Reappropriates Federal Funds. The budget reappropriates up to $246.4  million in authority to expend federal grant awards from the Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements and Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity programs.
