The Rise of Remote Work: Effects on California's Labor Market

May 6, 2026 - As shown in the figure: Workers age 25 and up are more than twice as likely to work in these jobs as those under 25. Asian/Pacific Islander workers are about three times as likely to work in these jobs as Latino  workers, with other racial/ethnic groups falling in between those extremes.
