Aug 22, 2019 - We assume that (1)  the interest rate for bonds would average 5  percent, (2)  they would be sold over the next 10 years, and (3)  all bonds would be issued for a 30-year term. Based on these assumptions, the cost to taxpayers to repay the bonds would average about $385  million annually over the next 40 years —totaling $15.4  billion to pay off both principal ($7.9  billion) and interest ($7.5  billion).

Nov 3, 2020 - The exception lasts for one year. Requires CDCs to Report Infection-Related Information to CDPH. The measure requires each CDC —or its governing entity —to report dialysis-related infection information to CDPH every three months.

Psilocybin [Ballot]

Dec 26, 2019 - The measure generally requires the destruction —within two years —of criminal records of individuals arrested for or convicted of psilocybin-related offenses. This would apply both to past records of psilocybin-related offenses since 1970 and future records related to activities that would remain illegal under the measure, such as juvenile psilocybin offenses.
