Dec 26, 2023 - First, UCO would be required to house all digital libraries from UC, CSU, and CCC. Second, the measure would require the Board of Regents and the UCO President to establish a nonprofit UCO Bookstore stocking all UCO, UC, CSU, and CCC textbooks.
