Sep 29, 2022 - Department of Motor Vehicles The budget provides about $1.6  billion for DMV, an increase of $48  million (or 3  percent) from the revised 2021-22 expenditure level. The year-to-year increase is primarily due to several limited-term expenditures in 2022-23.
