Feb 27, 2023 - Assessment Switch to Lease Revenue Bonds Is Reasonable, Given General Fund Condition. To  the extent the Legislature would like to continue to support the planned replacement of CHP and DMV facilities, we think a shift to lease revenue bonds merits legislative consideration.
