Rideshare companies. [Ballot]

Dec 17, 2025 - This measure would (1) require background checks for rideshare drivers, (2) require rideshare companies to report sexual misconduct and assault incidents, (3) require rideshare companies to notify passengers about sexual misconduct and assault risk of drivers, and (4) increase rideshare companies’ legal and financial responsibility for rideshare-related sexual wrongdoing (Amendment #1).
