Feb 9, 2022 - The Climate Action Corps provides AmeriCorps service opportunities to respond to climate change, such as urban greening and wildfire prevention home hardening. The 2021 ‑22  budget package included $4.7  million one ‑time General Fund to expand the Climate Action Corps program and fund stipends and administrative costs through 2023 ‑24.
