Nov 5, 2024 - For some school districts, Proposition  2 increases the state ’s share of new construction project costs from 50  percent to as much as 55  percent. Proposition  2 also increases the state ’s share of renovation project costs from 60  percent to as much as 65  percent for these school districts.

Nov 5, 2024 - As Figure  2 shows, Proposition  34 establishes four penalties for violating the new rules. All four penalties would apply if affected entities spend less than 98  percent of their net federal discount revenue on direct patient care.
