Nov 17, 2023 - In November 2016, California voters approved Proposition 64 , which legalized the nonmedical use of cannabis. Proposition 64 revenues are allocated based on specific formulas. A portion of Proposition 64 revenues are used to fund Alternative Payment and General Child Care (GCC) slots.
