Congressional districts in California. [Ballot]

Dec 29, 2025 - The measure states that the 2021 maps would be (1)  used in congressional elections in 2028 and 2030 and (2)  replaced by new maps adopted by the Commission following the 2030 U.S. Census (these new maps would first be used in the 2032 congressional elections).

Personal income tax rates for high-income taxpayers. [Ballot]

Oct 20, 2025 - In 2016, voters approved Proposition  55 to extend these higher rates until 2030. The top 2  percent of California taxpayers pay these higher rates. These taxpayers pay about half of all state income taxes.

Aug 22, 2023 - These include a state law requiring statewide GHG emissions to be limited to 40  percent below 1990 levels by 2030. GHGs include gases such as carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide. Landfills produce methane emissions when organic waste —such as food scraps, wood, and paper —decompose.
