Sep 23, 2021 - Belo,w we highlight the major provisions of the workforce package: New Regional Grants for Economic Development. The budget agreement includes $600  million one-time ARP fiscal relief funds to start a new grant program for regions to develop and implement regional plans to create jobs in sustainable industries.
