Apr 16, 2024 - In total, relative to the Governor ’s budget, these actions would result in Proposition  98 savings of $138  million in 2023 ‑24 and $60  million in 2024 ‑25. (In 2024 ‑25, the $138  million ongoing decrease is offset by a $78  million one-time increase.)
