Mar 6, 2026 - The Legislature approved the CHPERS project in 2006-07 to enhance the interoperability of CHP ’s radio communications system among public safety agencies. The proposed Sawtooth Ridge radio tower is the last tower to be constructed and intended to mitigate a coverage gap in radio communications in San Bernardino County.

The 2021-22 Spending Plan: Other Provisions

Sep 23, 2021 - Chapter  5 of 2006(AB  908, Gomez) increased the wage replacement rate —that is, the share of a worker ’s typical wages that they receive in benefits —from 50  percent to 60  percent for most workers.
