The 2021-22 Spending Plan: Other Provisions

Sep 23, 2021 - Chapter  7 of 2021 (SB  87, Caballero) established the program in statute and appropriated an additional $2.075  billion General Fund for grants and program administration in fiscal year 2020 ‑21. Of that amount, $50  million was set aside for nonprofit arts and cultural institutions.
